For this process to unfold, we will allow a space of reduced stimuli, a pause from all noises of ordinary life, towards a state of vibrant emptiness.
Following this same intention, our meals will be prepared and enjoyed following the principles of the sattvic diet, with the option of a deeper cleansing through 24 hours of liquid fasting supported by smoothies, juices and light soups (more info below)
The Naturhaus will accommodate recovery sleep, community time in nature and you-time in a yogic environment.

Come and share a summer weekend in the nature of Schorfheide (Brandenburg), a Pranayoga Method® retreat dedicated to exploring and deepening the connection between intuition and expression in your personal yoga practice, supported by Sattvic meals and optional liquid cleansing.
We will practice Asana in the Hatha tradition, Pranayama, meditation and restorative Yoga Nidra. With the breath always at the center, our yoga sadhana will be a quest for the connection between the lightness of experiencing our vitality and creativity at the playful, spontaneous and sensual level of Svadhisthana (2nd Chakra) and the purification and refinement necessary to channel that energy towards subtler states of existence, enhanced receptivity, and creative expression at the level of Vishuddha (5th Chakra).
The Teachers
Amanda
Amanda has been practicing yoga since childhood, growing up as she did with two yoga teachers for parents. At the age of 15, she started to practice regularly, first with the Sivananda Method and then with the Pranayoga Method of Maurizio Morelli. She is recognised by CONI (Italian Olympic Committee) as a certified trainer of teachers, having completed the Teacher Training Course and the Master Program at the Free School of Hatha Yoga Hamsa. In 2011, Amanda began teaching Hatha Yoga and meditation in Berlin. Her yoga practice is both precise and deep, creative and informed by symbolisim, subtle hints of physiology and an atuned awareness of anatomy. Great importance is given to the integration of movement and breath, the development of self awareness, and having respect for oneself and one’s body as the basis of a practice where every posture is vivified by the light of consciousness.
Amanda studies, practices and teaches the whole spectrum of the sacred path of yoga and believes in a holistic and creative approach to it. She is responsible for the Yoga TTC in Berlin, together with Maurizio Morelli.
Orsi
Orsola Carraro is certified Pranayoga Method® practitioner, teacher of Hatha, Pranayama and juice fasting.
As a yoga teacher, Orsi prioritizes the deepening of your personal body research. She will guide you into your physical potential; supported by self-respect, internal awareness and regular dedication.
Orsi, in the juice fasting coaching, explores patterns and assumptions in order to learn our unique physicality and responses to enegies.

Sattvic diet & approach to fasting
Our intention for this yoga retreat is to allow a space of inner and outer simplicity, where ordinary stimuli are reduced to the minimum. We will practice slowness, internal awareness and learn to access our stored energies through embodiment, clearing the inner paths that lead to non-ordinary perceptions and creativity.
Sattvic diet and liquid fasting are therefore offered as a chance to reduce the impact of external energetic stimuli, cleanse the bodymind and engender a state of calmness and alertness, thus enhancing our ability to sense and focus on subtler experiences and realms of existence.
Sattva is in Samkhya philosophy one of the three qualities or tendencies of manifestation, translated as “pure”. A sattvic diet can be described as food and eating habits that are pure, essential, natural, vital, energy-containing (full of prana), clean, conscious.
Sattvic food is food that is life-giving, purifies one's existence, gives strength, health, happiness and empowers virtues such as ahimsa (non violence) and daya (compassion).
Following the Sattvic principles of the Ayurveda tradition, we will offer vegan meals, prepared with local and seasonal ingredients, and energised with love and care.
On Saturday we will open the option for a liquid-food day, with optional add-on for the ones who prefer to stay within the frame of a solid-food diet. Everything will be approached at a beginner level and you will receive recommendations to prepare for the retreat and enjoy a smooth cleansing experience.

Sleeping is in simple small bedrooms with farmhouse charm, community can unfold in bright high rooms that let nature in. You will be invited again and again to connect with your own nature, your potential.
We carefully selected our menu to support the detoxifying practices that we teach on this spring retreat. There are vegan, vegetarian, lactose free and ova options available for you.
