1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "AGB") apply to all courses, workshops, retreats, and other services (hereinafter "Courses") provided by Orsola Carraro (hereinafter "Teacher") through the website www.orsi.space (hereinafter "Website"). By booking a Course, the participant agrees to these AGB.

2. Booking and Conclusion of Contract

Booking a Course is done by completing the booking form on the Website and submitting it. By submitting the booking form, the participant makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the selected Course. The contract between the Participant and the Teacher is concluded when the Teacher confirms the booking in writing or electronically.

3. Participation Requirements

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate in the Courses. Participants must also be in good physical and mental health to participate safely in the Courses.

4. Course Fees and Payment

The fees for the Courses are stated on the Website and are payable in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods specified on the Website. The Participant is responsible for any transaction fees associated with the chosen payment method.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may cancel their booking up to [number of days] days before the start of the Course and receive a full refund of the Course fees. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable. The Teacher reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Courses due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case Participants will be offered an alternative Course date or a refund of the Course fees.

Participation in the Courses is at the Participant's own risk. The Teacher is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the Courses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Teacher.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to, course content, handouts, and videos provided during the Courses are the intellectual property of the Teacher and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the Teacher's written consent.

8. Data Protection

The Teacher collects and processes personal data of Participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants can find more information about how their personal data is processed in the Teacher's privacy policy, available on the Website.

9. Amendments to the AGB

The Teacher reserves the right to amend these AGB at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to Participants in writing or electronically and will become effective immediately upon notification.

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These AGB are governed by German law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these AGB shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [jurisdiction].
