After completing my M.Sc. in Architecture, I spent a few years exploring my passion for interior and installation design. Fascinated by how the body interacts with and experiences space, my work naturally evolved as I deepened my personal yoga practice. This led me to a new exploration of the relationship between body and space.
Through the Yoga Teacher Training of the Pranayoga Method®, I expanded my knowledge of the philosophy, practice, and history of yoga. Yoga Therapy and has allowed me to integrate digestive system awareness and fasting practices into my teachings.
With careful attention to detail, I combine direction, space, and geometry with formal Asana practice. This is balanced by ongoing, curious research inspired by the practice of visualization.
